Posting Information to the Pack's Blog

The address to maintain the pack blog is:

To login to Blogger as the leader account:
  1. Make sure that the username that appears at the top of the page is the [LEADERS USERNAME] and not your personal Google account.
  2. If the username is not the correct one, click "Sign Out".
  3. Login with the [LEADERS USERNAME] and [LEADERS PASSWORD].

To add a new post:
  1. Login to Blogger as the leader account.
  2. Click on the "New Post" button.
  3. Enter a title for your post.
  4. Compose your post using the rich text editor (easy) or HTML editor (advanced).  You can switch back and forth between editors by clicking the "Edit HTML" or "Compose" tabs.
  5. If you are posting a newsletter or pictures, you must enter "Newsletters" or "Pictures" under "Labels for this post:".
  6. Click "Preview" to see the post as readers will see it.  You can click "Close Preview" to return to editing your post.
  7. Click "Publish Post" to save your changes.  Your post is visible to visitors of the website immediately.
To modify an existing post:
  1. Login to Blogger as the leader account.
  2. Click on the "Edit Posts" link to see a list of all the posts on the Blog.
  3. Click on the "Edit" link next to the post that you want to change.
  4. Make your changes to the Post.
  5. Click "Publish Post" to save your changes.  Your changes are visible to visitors of the website immediately.
To permanently delete a post:
  1. Login to Blogger as the leader account.
  2. Click on the "Edit Posts" link to see a list of all the posts on the Blog.
  3. Click on the "Delete" link next to the post that you want to delete.
